Dried coconut packaged in 9-ounce bags stamped on the back with sell by dates ranging from 01-01-18 through 03-01-19 and packaged in 25-bulk case labeled “OCSM-0010,” “OCSM-0011, and “OCSM-0014.” This product, sold online and in 14 states, could be contaminated with Salmonella, a germ causing a serious, sometimes fatal infection in young children, frail and elderly people, and others with chronic health conditions.
