WARNING: Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods warns people not to eat its Organic Whole Grain Amaranth Flour, in 22-ounce bags marked “Sell by 11/26/2015” and “169717.” The flour could contain Salmonella, a germ causing a serious, sometimes fatal illness in young children, frail and elderly people, and others with chronic health conditions. Healthy people who become infected often experience fever, diarrhea, and stomach cramps within 12 to 72 hours.
