These products were recalled in March after they were linked to a multistate outbreak of serious illnesses from Shiga toxin-producing E.coli, a germ that can cause dangerous, even life-threatening infections. It is ILLEGAL to sell I.M. Healthy Soy Nut Butter products, but FDA has learned that distributors and retailers are still selling these products online and in stores. Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. has issued a voluntary recall of fresh Cauliflower Rice, Veggie Cauliflower Rice Blend and Stir-Fry Mix with Cauliflower, sold in the produce department between 12/7/18 and 12/18/18, because it may be contaminated with E. coli. The recalled products were distributed to 98 Wegmans stores in NY, NJ, PA, MD, VA and MA.

ALERT: Do not eat King Arthur brand Coconut Flour (organic) packaged in 16-ounce bags stamped “LOTCF22017E” and best-if-used-by “10/25/18” and “12/04/2018.” This flour sold nationwide could contain Salmonella, a germ causing a serious, sometimes fatal infection in young children, frail and elderly people, and others with chronic health conditions.
